ICD helps people with limitations or disabilities find jobs and stay employed. Our vocational staff serves over 2,000 individuals every year, preparing them to return to the workforce or enter it for the first time.
ICD’s certified rehabilitation counselors, vocational counselors, vocational evaluators, instructors, and employment specialists provide these services: - Diagnostic vocational evaluation, assessment, and career counseling
- Vocational improvement (pre-employment work adjustment)
- Occupational skills training in office technology, human services, food services, and building maintenance
- Job placement counseling and job retention supports
With the assistance of our Business Advisory Committee, we've placed thousands of people in all sectors of the economy, including business, healthcare, social services, food industry, hotels, and government.
