For even more comprehensive, integrated care at one location, clients can take advantage of other services offered by ICD departments. Program in Diabetes Management We specialize in an integrated approach to managing diabetes employing the range of professional services at ICD - endocrinology, primary care, nursing, exercise and physical therapy, optometry and eye care, nutrition, and counseling. Patients are also provided individual case managers who provide education, support medication compliance, help monitor carbohydrate intake, and offer family counseling as needed.
