Each year ICD provides critical, invaluable services to thousands of New Yorkers who are disabled, poor, and seeking help. With multiple, complex diagnoses, these children, adolescents, adults, and seniors are often unable to work or even function in their own communities. There are few places they can go for help.
At ICD, these individuals receive comprehensive, quality care that enables them to regain their health and independence. They can find all the care they need under one roof in a convenient location.
Unfortunately, reimbursements from Medicaid, Medicare, and other third party payers do not cover all the costs of providing care. It is the support of foundations, corporations, and individuals that is critical to our ability to ensure that no one who needs our services is ever turned away.
We welcome direct contributions of any amount, in-kind donations of goods and services, and gifts of stock. If your corporation has a matching gifts program, please be sure to include an appropriate form with your contribution.
You can send your donation by mail to:
ICD 340 East 24th Street New York, NY 10010 Attention: Development Office
