ICD is a nonprofit outpatient center serving people with disabilities and other needs. Since our founding in 1917, we have pioneered new programs and services to help people achieve better health and greater independence.
 
Today, we offer a broad range of integrated services. Every year, over 3,000 New Yorkers of diverse backgrounds and all ages come to our convenient Manhattan location. 

We are committed to improving the health and functioning of people with disabilities or other conditions, so they can become more independent at home, in school, on the job and in the community.
