ICD's psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, clinical social workers, and rehabilitation counselors help people with emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric disabilities. Our professionals provide assessment, group therapy, psychiatry, psychotherapy, medication management, and neuropsychological evaluations.

For children and adolescents, we offer specialized mental health services through our Child Center for Growth and Development and our Y.E.S/ Adolescent Skills Center. In addition, we have an off-site mental health clinic for children grades K-6 who are students at P.S. 146 in East Harlem.

ICD is the only New York State licensed clinic that specializes in treating coexisting disabilities. We are skilled at helping individuals cope with emotional problems who also have coexisting physical or cognitive disabilities, or behavioral issues and disorders.
