EMPLOYMENT ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING

ICD consults with employers to develop employment practices that address federal and state mandates as they relate to hiring goals for veterans and individuals with disabilities. We consult on how to comply with Section 503/VEVRAA mandates requiring employers, among other things, to take affirmative action to recruit, hire, promote and retain individuals with disabilities and veterans.

“We take on about 4 or 5 interns a year. They work hard and bring a real spirit and energy to the organization. We could not serve the amount of clients we serve at the level we serve them without ICD's interns. Thank you, ICD. Thank you, interns.”
